What is the Adelante Conference?

The conference facilitates an interactive network of current and future business leaders to engage in a provocative dialog. The Latino Conference is organized entirely by current MBA students at Harvard Business School and is the primary campus event of the school’s LASO Club.

Who attends the conference?

Each year, the Latino Conference seeks to unite the community of present and future business leaders who share a common passion for diversity.  The conference draws attendees from all industries. Participants include business professionals, educators, and students from top MBA programs around the world.

All are welcome to attend the conference! 

What is PSDD?

PSDD is Prospective Student Diversity Day for Harvard Business School.

Jointly sponsored by HBS MBA Admissions and the Latino Student Organization (LASO), the Latino Pre-Conference Prospective Student Event is an opportunity for members of this community to experience Harvard Business School.
Throughout the event, you will have an opportunity to:
  • Interact with students, alumni, and members of the MBA Admissions team
  • Attend an MBA Admissions and Financial Aid Q&A Session
  • Attend a mock case discussion
  • Lunch with students
  • Join a campus tour (optional)
  • Attend a student and alumni panel

Do I have to sign up for PSDD & the Conference?

You are welcome to attend both events, but they have separate registration processes!

Adelante Conference is purchaed via eventbrite. 

PSDD is scheduled via HBS website. 

We encourage you to attend both if you are able to!
